First time with our personal trainer, he was amazing, really made us work hard and gave some great advise - think this is going to be great.

We are hoping to be as fit as this again.

Sad news, Auntie Vera passed away. Had Col and the boys for dinner and watched the Carling cup final, Liverpool won on pens and I think my Auntie Ve would have loved that.

Over to Manchester to check on Rudheath, went to Punjab for lunch and took James with us, Keema Dosa - delicious.

Took crossword to the Swan, sky was so clear on way home, the stars were amazing.

Paul dropped me at Hadlow Road station after work and I walked the 5 miles home, very invigorating !!

Bought set of books for Ken when he was about 4, got one free then subscribe to the other 25, Ken loved them, Sean loved them, Adam loved them now Mia is enjoying them, this was the free one, I'm made up it has re-surfaced, taking it to Madrid next week.

Started on new regime last Monday - first week and I feel great, loads of walking, healthy eating and a good weight loss, treated myself to new socks!!!

Good 2 hour walk, blew the cobwebs off, Paul night loading so thought I would give this new show from US a try, it was excellent.

Went to see Rebecca Ferguson on Rhyl Pavilion, she was amazing, we had been listening to her CD all day and were both blown away by how fantastic she was live.

Managed a 30 mins jog/walk after work, Paul away so just chilled with a nice pot of tea, my perfect egg for breakfast, cooked in Flora Cuisine obviously.

Thursday 16.2.12

High drama! The unit over the road went on fire, black smoke everywhere, talk of evacuation of the whole estate as there were gas bottles in the building - took fireman 10 minutes to put out - drama averted.

Went to Essence of Spice for tea with Pam, Pam and Jan, meal delicious as always.

Paul took Haydn to football then to pick something up at work, our Hayd loved the wagon! Went to Liverpool at 2ish and had a lovely meal in town, oh yes and the Mighty Blues beat Chelsea 2 -0

Dramas in work with Peter - silly boy, still baltic weather, this was Paul's car after he had driven for half an hour.

Paul away so watched Warhorse - really enjoyed it.

Freezing again, snuggled up by the fire and watched loads of 30 Rock.

Booked to go to Madrid 29th Feb for a few days, looking forward to seeing the beautiful Leo, had a great skype call on Saturday - he is amazing.

Freeezing !! Went for a walk to warm up, hot chocolate and an early night, getting back into my DS brain training.

Had a nice few hours shopping before going to White Lion for lunch, lazed around the sofa all afternoon with the heating on full! Didn't think The Descendents was as good as the reviews.

Paul took Haydn to football whilst Col, Lucas and I stayed in the warm, played on the Wii when they got back.

Sean & Fi going back to Istanbul today, went out for breakfast then onto the airport, loved having them to stay, we all had a great time.
