Rained all day, cooked a lovely lamb roast and had a great skype call with Leo, loving Revenge on US TV.

Liverpool V Chelsea on the 5th May, Andy been over to Anfield, came back full of the joys of spring !

Slimming World tonight, stayed the same but feel OK as it was post hols.

Bought Haydn new goals for his birthday, went up to put them up, took forever! Real two man/woman job, he was made up with them, here he is with his birthday haul.

Tuesday 24.4.12

Out with trainer, running is much easier now so he had us doing some core work after our run, really intense stuff, ached like mad for rest of the week.

My forest flame is coming along nicely.

Walked to Hooton to get the car, came across this lovely rhododendron at Brook Meadow.

Over to Liverpool to see the Sea Odyssey Giant Spectacular http://www.giantspectacular.com/ it was amazing, this was taken outside Renshaws, we then went to a great Portuguese place in Rodney Street, a good find.

Went for a run with Pam after work followed by a lovely roast beef dinner cooked by Paul, delicious.

This was a pressie from Pauline when we were in Turkey last week.

Getting right back into Absolute Power, forgot how brilliant it was.

Took Col and the boys to The Rake for tea, the lads had a great time.

Back to reality - work busy then out with Paul for a 6km run.

Leo had photo shoot when he was over last month, we bought this from a street trader in Bodrum last week.

Back to UK, good flight home, feeling a bit chilly though and also a few post holiday blues.

Gorgeous day so we went for a big walk, really caught the sun, had a nice meal and a lovely night, definitely will be back in Bitez.

Last day for Sean and the Perry's - we all had a great time together. Looking forward to going to Oz to see them again.

Fabulous day - Sean and Fi got engaged - everything went perfectly to make it an amazing day for us all, started with pedicures for Paul and I, Sean had a shave then went to ask Slim's permission, Fi, Pauline and I went for a Turkish Bath whilst Sean got his nerve together, he confided in Medine who then asked the restaurant to make it special for us, Pauline, Slim, Paul and I met at the restaurant when unbeknown to us Sean had taken Fi to the beach and got down on bended knee to ask the big question - luckily she said yes !!

Had a fantastic day at Bodrum Castle - so interesting, ened the day having dinner in Bitez Koftesi, it was the owners birthday and they really looked after us.

Trip out to Gumusluk - weather nice, had a delicious meal of freshly caught fish, a fab day.

Bodrum market to check out the bargains, loads of ace fake gear, we had a great laugh, had eyebrows threaded back at Bitez - not a pleasant experience, made a friend in Medine who owned the salon, really lovely woman.

Off to Turkey to meet Fi's parents and of course see Sean and Fi, Pauline and Slim are ace, really lovely people.

Home from Preston then up to Nantwich for a last look at Leo for a few weeks, he is as delightful as ever, going to miss him.

Surprise 50th party for our Ang in Preston, great night had by all.

Parked at Pretty Bridge and joined cycle path to Chester, had a lovely couple of hours in town, nice meal and cycled back.

Out with our trainer Paul, had us run 6km, amazed ourselves by actually doing it !! Oh yes he's also a model.

Ken came over so we walked to Bunbury Arms for tea, lovely walk along the canal.

Finally told that balloon ride was going ahead, got to site to be told no it wasn't, got to see the basket at least.

Ken, Lucy and Leo came over, we had visitors galore, Pam, Colette, Barb and Chelle all had a cuddle and thought he was ace.

Year end so busy at work, picked up the boys on my way home and went to West Kirby then The Burleydam for tea, they were good as gold.

First weigh in at SW and I lost 6 and a half pound - made up with that. This was taken on Tuesday.
