Another skype with Leo, he is just on the verge of crawling, took Colette to the Duke for lunch. Kenny was doing a garden and the guy asked him to dump a box, when we looked, it was a bench, Paul and I put it together this morning - made up with it.

Train to Bangor, great journey all along the North Wales coast, had a lovely meal and a drink back in Chester, fab day.

Pam didn't fancy swimming so we went for a long walk instead, after standing gabbing on the corner for an hour decided to go to Pam's for a glass of wine, had a lovely evening putting the world to rights.

Bought from book man - activity book is great and I have to get into the Spanish.

Emma's 30th Birthday, Preston straight from work and a great night had by all, stayed in a nice B&B.

Aqua Fit with Pam, my cousin Kenny Flynn is on Come dine with Me this week, his meal was last night, he is totally crazy.

Went up Moel Famau then to The Plough for a nice lunch, pottered round the garden, loving having so much light in the back.

Paul cooked nice meal, we then walked in rain to Wethers, crossword done then home to watch Young Adult, really crap film with Charlize Theron, it was rubbish.

Ken & Lucy have been in Madrid 3 years today. Lost 2lb, got my stone award and was slimmer of the week, made up with that.

Hospital for foot thing, great news I have an ailment that can be fixed, plantar flexion, or just a very high instep that is causing my metatarsals to be crushed, impressions of foot taken and will be sorted on the 15th August (apparently)

Took Mum, Reg and Kenny to lunch with us 4, nice dinner at the Duke was just what was needed, dropped Sean & Fi at Lime Street for their journey back to Turkey, lovely visit went too quick.
